Browsing the website
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We use neither Google Analytics nor advertising networks.
- We may measure traffic only as aggregate numbers (page views, country, browser type) with a tool that uses no cookies and builds no profile of you.
- ✚ The website chooses its language from your browser settings. If you switch the language, your choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never reaches us.
- The website runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security). Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
- The photos in the gallery show technical installations. They contain no personal data and nothing that would identify a customer or a place.
Inquiry form
When you send us an inquiry, we store your email, phone number (optional), the description of your situation and what you selected in the form (what you need, type of property, interest in cameras or a smart home), together with the time it was sent ✚ and the language version of the website. We use this data only to reply to you, agree on next steps and prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not need your consent for this.
- We will never add you to a newsletter or send you advertising without your explicit consent.
- Retention: for the duration of our discussions; if no cooperation follows, for no longer than 24 months from the last contact. We delete it sooner on request.
- If we start working together, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and afterwards only to the extent required by law (e.g. accounting and tax records).
Customers and network management
For our jobs we process contact and billing details and the technical documentation of the network (a description of devices, ports and where they are). If you entrust us with management or monitoring, we have access to your network in the UniFi app and can see technical data about connected devices (e.g. device names, IP and MAC addresses, data volumes). We use this data solely to manage, secure and troubleshoot your network, and you can revoke our access at any time.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Camera recordings stay on the device in your building (or in storage you choose). We have no access to them unless you explicitly grant it for servicing.
Who else works with the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, storage, security) as our processor.
- The provider of our email mailbox, through which we receive and answer inquiries.
- Ubiquiti Inc. as the operator of the UniFi platform, if your network is managed through UniFi (under Ubiquiti’s terms, which you accept when setting it up).
- Cloudflare may also process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and also relies on standard contractual clauses.
- ✚ We may use machine translation (Anthropic or Cloudflare Workers AI) for the texts of this website. Inquiries and other personal data are never sent for translation.
- We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.
